Account deletion - TaakToppers
You can use this page to request deletion of your TaakToppers account and the related data. This page is public and is intended for users of the TaakToppers app by Buybeez.
What will be deleted
When your account is deleted, we will generally delete the data directly linked to your TaakToppers account.
- account details
- profile information
- family and household data
- task history, progress, and related settings
- savings goals and reward settings
- linked child and parent profiles
- app preferences connected to your account
What may be retained temporarily
Some information may be retained temporarily if this is necessary for legitimate purposes.
- security
- fraud prevention
- legal obligations
- administrative purposes
If data must be retained temporarily, this will only be for as long as reasonably necessary.
How to submit a request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account deletion - TaakToppers". Please include at least:
- the email address used for your account
- your name as the parent or account owner
- optionally the name of your family or household in the app
- optionally a short explanation of your request
We normally process deletion requests within 14 days. If we need extra information to verify the correct account, we will contact you.
Open email requestImportant if you have an active premium subscription
If you have an active premium subscription, you may need to cancel it first in the store where you started the subscription.
- Google Play: open the Google Play Store, go to your subscriptions, and cancel TaakToppers Premium.
- Apple App Store: open your subscriptions in Settings or the App Store and cancel TaakToppers Premium there.

Account verwijderen - TaakToppers
Via deze pagina kun je een verzoek indienen om je TaakToppers-account en de bijbehorende gegevens te laten verwijderen. Deze pagina is publiek bereikbaar en bedoeld voor gebruikers van de TaakToppers-app van Buybeez.
Wat wordt verwijderd
Als je account wordt verwijderd, verwijderen wij in beginsel de gegevens die direct aan je TaakToppers-account zijn gekoppeld.
- accountgegevens
- profielinformatie
- gezins- en huishoudgegevens
- taakgeschiedenis, voortgang en gekoppelde instellingen
- spaardoelen en beloningsinstellingen
- gekoppelde kind- en ouderprofielen
- app-voorkeuren die aan je account zijn gekoppeld
Wat mogelijk tijdelijk bewaard blijft
Sommige gegevens kunnen tijdelijk worden bewaard als dat nodig is voor legitieme doeleinden.
- beveiliging
- fraudepreventie
- wettelijke verplichtingen
- administratieve doeleinden
Als zulke gegevens tijdelijk moeten worden bewaard, gebeurt dat alleen zo lang als redelijkerwijs nodig is.
Zo dien je een verzoek in
Stuur een e-mail naar [email protected] met als onderwerp "Account verwijderen - TaakToppers". Vermeld in je verzoek in ieder geval:
- het e-mailadres van je account
- je naam als ouder of accounteigenaar
- eventueel de naam van je gezin of huishouden in de app
- optioneel een korte toelichting op je verzoek
Wij verwerken verzoeken normaal binnen 14 dagen. Als wij extra informatie nodig hebben om het juiste account te verifiëren, nemen wij contact met je op.
Open e-mailverzoekBelangrijk bij een premiumabonnement
Als je een actief premiumabonnement hebt, moet je dit mogelijk eerst opzeggen via de app store waarin je het abonnement hebt afgesloten.
- Google Play: open de Google Play Store, ga naar je abonnementen en zeg TaakToppers Premium op.
- Apple App Store: open je abonnementen in Instellingen of de App Store en zeg TaakToppers Premium daar op.
